Not only did we hear some pretty wild stories from industry veterans (ask us why it’s important to hire an insured, bonded, professional Home Watch provider), but we picked up some invaluable tools that will make us better service providers for you. If you’re reading this in September 2014, then your eyes are some of the first to have seen this site. Thank you! We are preparing to launch Redcap – a service concierge business serving Beaufort and the Lowcountry. What is a service concierge you ask? It’s a business built to make your life easier – we’ll watch your home while you’re away, detail your car, boat or RV and even deliver groceries, run your errands or take you to the airport or a doctor’s appointment. Basically, if you need help, we’re at your service.

This isn’t our first rodeo. In fact, this is our second business in Beaufort (read more about us here). In a roundabout way, our first business – a restaurant, coffee shop and market – gave us the idea for Redcap. We realized that we enjoyed helping our customers in other ways: stopping by the pharmacy to pick up their prescription on the way to the restaurant, hanging something in that hard-to-reach spot during our off-hours or delivering meals to our special customers when they were sick. It’s all about hospitality, really…and helping others. Redcap is where old-fashioned hospitality meets modern efficiency.
